Some will be Goans but I suspect the majority are Indians who originate from outside of Goa but now actually live in Goa & work at a shipyard or at the port of Mormugao.

As I have said many times before - the Indians at the weekends are a disgrace, and it is 99% men, who leave wifey at home. whilst they get completely pissed at their BBQ's.
