Re: In To-day's Newspapers
Can you imagine a Jocko cheering for the English? I did last night. Wouldn`t it been even better if they had been playing India? Reading page 15 in the Herald, the five columns reported only on the Aussie defeat, not the English win. They really do hate us Brits. A word of caution, don`t let it go to your heads like the 1966 world cup!!! Even today we still see it on sports programmes. And, of course, cricket is only played in a half dozen or so countries, so its hardly a world game. Nevertheless, well done England.

Nice one K800mer. Keep trying.
The more of us who email and write to William Hague, the more he might just sit up and take notice. I am also sending him a mail. Let's all send him written messages about the injustice in Goa - the more he gets the better, but let's all send them soon so his inbox gets flooded and he gets the message loud and clear. Re: In To-day's Newspapers
Humble apologies, it was ToI,page 15. The headline is indeed pro England. Read further and little is said of the English innings. (Is that the proper term...innings?) Will have to reduce the intake of the golden liquid!!!
