Police name journalists in drug mafia nexus
3 Jun: IANS. Officials investigating drug-mafia nexus in Goa have told the High Court that several journalists were key players in the nexus … Dudu used to pay ‘hafta’ to police constable Sandeep Parab alias Kamin and journalist Vilas — referring to Vilas Mahadik, a crime reporter working with a leading local Marathi newspaper Gomantak… When contacted for comment, Gomantak editor Suresh Naik said: “We are taking due cognizance of the high court order

Thanks Noni for your acknowledgement that I actually read posts before responding to them.

Heres an interesting one?

http://www.popeater.com/2010/06/02/b...led-interview/

A one-hit wonder who boasts of a 30 year hard drug habit (smug bitch at the best of times) and casually drops n the news that she "owns" a home in Goa?

Well, it would appear that they are well suited, and if she was 30 years "less old" would be perfectly suited as Mickky Finn's next victim. By the way, who consumes a whole tube of toothpaste anyway?

Goan justice? No such thing........................ever.....forget it

Those senior moments are getting more frequent, could be something to do with drinking more now that I have my bus pass. Will try to pay more attention.

Best meal abroad?

Tuna, rice and a cold Kingfisher beer at a beach shack in Chapora, Goa – it was just sensational.
Sensational for sure, as Chapora has no beach, let alone beach shacks!

Re: In To-day's Newspapers

There is a small beach at Chapora and a shack at the end by Chapora Fort, the guy must of meant this, as there is no shack on the beach itself.

I thought this was a serious site for information and advice? There is a thread for Chit Chat! This seems to be a Noni and J5 appreciation of each other thread instead of 'in todays papers'. Noni you're always telling people off and threatening to close the thread for not sticking to the point.

So clearly you thought wrong.

There are serious threads, mainly related to the property and visa issues, and these are the ones that any moderator will enforce a policy of strictly staying on topic. And quite rightly so.

Beyond that this is a "discussion forum", as it says at the top. Sometimes it involves "serious information and advice" and sometimes it doesnt.......sorry if this offends you.

Have a nice life......

Welcome Heidigirl, although it was not a very nice first post, I hope you will enjoy your time with us.

There are only one or two serious threads, and only in those threads have I respectfully asked people to stick to the thread, the rest of the threads are for us to enjoy. It is up to you if you wish to join in.

If you are genuine, and have purchased a property please give your details to Lewis.
