1. Not worrying about if you can see a doctor (worrying about when instead)
2. Homeless smile with their hat laid on the sidewalk in front of them instead of verbally asking for money as people walk by
3. Having beautiful season changes
4. Poutine
5. Hockey

Us northerners can actually read humour in responses to digs about scousers, mancs, yorkshire folk etc etc. Its called banter.
There again if we were to get serious about crime stats then you would find that a lot of crime is committed from persons originating from both Merseyside and Greater Manchester.
Having friends from both places even they will attest that Liverpool is a place to avoid parking your car. Have you ever noticed that cars are no longer manufactured with hubcaps in the UK.

+1. I'd remove the "rather" though.

That would be counter productive as some of your posts are very informative.
You will appreciate of course that sitting round a pub table with mates is totally different than posting on a discussion forum.
Just honour my request to lose the repetitively puerile scouse bashing at every opportunity.

Are you comparing Canada with the UK or another country? If the UK, when were you unable to see a doctor in the UK?
