You should try getting out and going to a bar yourself.

Firstly a pint would chill you out and secondly with any luck it won't have wifi so no one has to read your boring threads.

Drop the personal insults, both of you.

While you're there Christmas, do I have to get permission to start a thread? I want to ask about flooded basements.

May aswell.........no more mileage in this thread now we've been told off. I still have 18 minutes left of work.

I personally don't have a basement but I did once look at a basement apartment.

My basement flooded, it was the water heater. If you rent them they don't replace them until they leak. Get a dehumidifier down there, after you have drained the water of course.

I could've left the taps on if I wanted.

Actually my house mate's cousin's basement has been flooded twice in the last year- it's turned into an insurance nightmare.

I'll start a thread rather than explain it here on someone elseseses thread. But thanks for a reply.

It's not the water heater though, it's a huge crack in the basement wall.

Just another curious question.

Has anyone been to the 'Mod Club' 772 College street, TO ?
Is it any good to see live bands ? I know its a nightclub as well, but I heard alot of Irish/British bands do small scale concerts here. What's the atmosphere like ?
