A leak from the dishwasher led to another basement refit. We took the opportunity to convert the laundry room into a bathroom. That process revealed a crack in the foundation, which had to be fixed from the outside. The hole was enormous, about 12 linear feet and right down to the weeping drain. Bobcat operators ain't cheap.

Its kinda funny, i pondered this post for a while, and as a Torontarian i pondered how i felt about the OP slagging off my beloved city. then i realized i didnt really give a s**T what he thought LOL
Us Tdotters love our city, we know its the best city in Canada for diversity, finance, living standards, and we are also quite aware that we are ignorant, rude, and completly up our own a-holes, to the point where if you dont find Toronto a-meh-zin then well too bad for you well move on and still have a superiority complex to the rest of Canada

If I had to retire in Canada it would definately be out near Vancouver- my only scepticism of Vancouver is that there is not as many work opportunities- pointed out to myself by the Vancouverites in Toronto.
