Please read what I wrote, some moderators give good advice Helen in particular, and a few others, but there are also some that maybe not using those exact words do give the impression anyone moving to Australia are making a big mistake, As for the rest of my post being delusional when was the last time you was in the UK, I work as a contractor and have to live and work in different parts of the UK so I get a good clear picture of the country, Next time you are in UK, try going to the A&E dept at any hospital on a Friday or Saturday night, or try getting hold of a copper on any of these 2 nights for what ever reason.

Bix maybe you are right, little things like please and thank you do seem to be a thing of the past here in the UK, may be small things but they make a big impression, on one or two of my threads that I started maybe I did not say thankyou, my apologises if it is true

Actually joking apart mate there are loads of people who contribute to the forum in many ways. The other Mods and Concierge give up a lot of their time to give back to the BE community and they do this relentlessly and without killing or harming any animals or people in the process, which is a miracle:rofl:

Credit where credit's due;

Others Posters, Mods and Concierge as well as Sue :wub:should give themselves a bloody big pat on the back for helping other Expats over the years:thumbup:

And I'd personally like to thank Polly and Moneypenny who have helped me with many queries and questions Ive had over the years:wub:

Jeez....it's like a night at the Oscars:lol::rofl:
