Everyone seems to be heading there.

I've fallen in love with Mornington though (although I've never been there ).
It just feels right.
What made you decide on MP?

I drove across the Mornington to Phillip Island last April - it was lovely! However, I only spent half a day there, so do a bit more research.

It's funny - I've been from Sydney to Cairns but I've opted to settle in a place I've never been to
Did it seem like the kind of place you could be happy living in N?

It had a lot of variety - seaside towns - very Mediteranean looking, lots of lovely country side - good roads, small inland towns, bigger towns closer to Melbourne. From memory anyway! It was very beautiful and bigger than you think looking at a map! I could definately live there if there was work.

The beaches, i forgot to mention them they were very clean, and empty
My daughter went swimming nearly every night at 8pm coz it was too hot in the day..All we could see was a dark shadow in the sea, as she went out a bit to far for my liking

We stayed for 3 days in April 2007 and took our 7 year old to see the penguins- and FROZE!! We stayed there 13 years ago and couldn't believe how much it had changed - the penguin centre used to be a wooden hut! Thw whole island was much more commercialised too.

Went to the Nobbies too - had to really with that name.
