Afternoon, All!!!
Goodness, the "old timers" are getting the jitters!! Feel for you:(, but this has to be done!! Steel yourselves - you've gone too far to turn round!!!....oh and it's SO worth it:thumbup: Sorry it's been so long again!!! Still relying on the internet at the library or my sister's dial-up:( Been busy applying for jobs too:eek: Got one yesterday in the CBD:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: Thank **** for that - 'cos was starting to get the jitters myself!! I can REALLY relax now until mid January when I start. Everything here is hunky-dory - my son is a changed person!!! Happy, relaxed, polite friends with clean necks;) He even told me the other day he thinks he might have started to believe in God!! I nearly fell on the floor as he has always claimed to be a fervent atheist:blink: I have been doing a lot of reading and baking. Cakes are expensive here!! Doing chocolate one today, Xhibit - your speciality, isn't it?? And yeah, Pace, the birds are a nightmare in the morning and I have squealing possums at night too. So pleased Paul, Pony and Steve will be out very soon - good on ya guys!! Let's live the lives we've imagined!! Take care all, 'til soon! AquaXXXX |

Re: The Official Loners Thread
Hi there fellow loners.
I just found this thread...it's great!!! I was beginning to think it would be just me amongst all the families....you guys give me hope (and laughter)! I'm moving to Perth on a 457 in April (hopefully). I keep reading about people going to Melbourne and Sydney (fab places, loved living there on my working hol), is anyone going to Perth? Deb :) |
