That's why I have such depressing biceps. I could easily carry one of the small pots in each hand. I could manage the big pot when it was empty, but not when it was full of meat! The sacks of flour etc were usually 25 kilos each and I'd heft them about enough.

I'm much older than you - and my clock still ticks!
I had my first at 36 & second at 39 so you're both very young still. Wish I'd had them just a few years earlier though .....................
