Clearly Bernie, I wasn't talking about you! In the last few days your posts have made me smile, a feat many aren't able to do at the moment.

Ladies put the handbags away - don't you know it is wine o'clock????
And speaking of handbags, even though I couldn't find the receipt, Strandbags have taken the one that broke and are searching for a replacement/reair if they can't find it. Which is better than I'd hoped for. Unless they just want to keep the bag....no, I must stop being suspicious, as the manager was a lady called Carolyn who came from Yeovil. She wouldn't be nasty to a fellow west country girl would she????

Re: How has your day been?
ok - so not too bad today. Friday after all.
I made a decison last week to begin divorce proceedings after thinking it through with some friends on BE. Bit the bullet and lodged with court - cost me almost a weeks wages. So have not eaten all week (kidding).
I just found out (my own fault for not reading the small print) that the process servers fee can almost double if they have to make several attempts to locate and serve him.....
I can feel a large glass of wine evening coming on.

Anyway, as part of your house hunting, try here.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almondsbury
It's where I lived when we moved to Bristol. It's tucked away near the M4/M5 interchange, but you would never know it. It wasn't cheap, or even close to cheap, but that may have changed.

Relatively good day. Was told that a mole one doc and a nurse were very concerned about is totally benign by the main doc, Tiddler's Orthodontist is very happy with her teeth and doesn't need to see her for three weeks so no medical appointments for me and her for a few weeks. Other stuff is still crap and will continue to be so but looking on the bright side.
NB and Chris, just put each other on ignore please.
