just had a look at they're new recruit fitness tests and apart from the pull-ups, which I've never been able to do 
, I can pass all of them now anyway I've far more important jobs to be doing at work, like organising a weeks AT in Germany

It still amazes me that 19 year old lads can't pass their fitness test yet I can pass at their level
and don't even get me started on the split arses

A bit of competition is also good which is why I like circuit training. The film crew however, died a horrible sh!tty death as they thought it would be just like they're civvy gym circuits

That's what's needed though. It's harderto push yourself than have someone else do the pushing.
A bit of competition is also good which is why I like circuit training. The film crew however, died a horrible sh!tty death as they thought it would be just like they're civvy gym circuits
