Hi All,
If you are coming to Australia and are looking at opening bank accounts, I can recommend the Commonwealth bank, And the best account at the moment is the Net Bank Saver account, I know this might sound confusing, But you don't need internet connection to run this account, You can just use telephone banking!!!
It pays 7% and the money is available at call(anytime you want it)
If you need any help feel free to ask but I do work for the Commonwealth Bank, But what I say on here is what I think is best not just Commonwealth Bank details.
