One of my mate's at work was driving out of the forrest and a Tiger Snake was crossing the track, he drove toward's it to run it down when it reared up against the Ute? he said it was over the bullbars when he hit it and it then bounced off the windscreen.

Me personally I walked over (nearly standing on it) a Tiger Snake but fortunately I did'nt know it untill I saw my mates crapping themselves !!! but by then it had done the offski!!!

But remember these were all in the bush so don't have nightmares.
OMG cant believe it!! hope I never see one, will make sure I wear walking boots if going in the bush rather than thongs!!!!!

Had a huge property mag last week, 96 pages, but the only things I liked were either out of my price range or too far away from Hobart to commute (eg Nubeena and White Sands).

Hi Corinne

Glad to hear you are settled back in Tas
The areas you mention are the same as we would like, except many come with a hefty price tag, we too thought the other side was nice but quite developed.

Can't believe how you didn't crash the car, I freak when a fly buzzes past me when I'm driving

Thanks for asking....how things with you

Zoe xx
Hi Zoe,

Glad to hear scan was all OK and bub is growing well, 30 weeks already, flying by

We're OK here, had a very positive viewing on house at the weekend, although she does have others to look at, and another one tomorrow but they have not sold their own, so a bit pointless really.

We finally have a case officer, over a month later than we should have had one, they lost our file again (story of our visa application) Got to supply some more stuff so I guess we won't hear anything for a while yet but at least its all moving again.

he he I know I was surprised too, thank god for automatics I was shaking so much there would have been no way I could have done clutch control!!!

Yeah those areas are really nice arnt they, you can get a bargain at the mo though if you dont mind tidying something up a bit or not having so much land with the house. My experience with the crawlies is putting me off having too much land. he he.
