fingers crossed we are exchanging today....then off in 2 weeks - still no flights or temp accomodation booked!!! starting to crap myself now - all big and calm with the missus and shouting at the estate agent etc, but just want to move now - shippers are coming on thurs so house is a tip trying to figure what we can live on for the next 6 weeks with 2 rugrats!!!

If you are already in Melbourne would you say thats about right? ive heard its an old reputation, and they are putting lots of money in as the new highway going in will half comuting time?
property mag suggested its the place to buy as it will increase in the near future?
