I jinxed myself by saying to the missus how we've always been lucky with the 'timing' of our property buys / sales.
Hmmm ...
House in now on the market for £20k less than we've been told it would've gone on a year ago!
EXCELLENT! ... NOT! ...... but what can ya do!
I guess we'll just drop and drop till it goes! ..... no other choice really. Have considered renting out till it picks up, but know that involves tons of agg, and just want a clean break really.

I wanted to put our house up once we did the meds but I was voted down.
We have had our visa since July but have been unable to sell, now we have sold and nobody wants to go before Christmas, "we might as well have one more here."

House been on the market six weeks, very few viewers, no offers yet. looks like we're all pretty much in the same boat. With house prices going down and the exchange rate, its hard to remain positive sometimes, but still trying

OK then - thought I'd better join in now that my house is officially on the market.
Ummed and aaahed about agents and have decided to go for the one who thinks he can get the highest price! If we don't get any bites in a couple of weeks we'll drop it by a couple of K.
