I did this last week, with non-ultra-pasteurized cream from Trader Joe's. They use carrageenan in the cream though and I wonder if it messed up my results. I got a concentrated, thick, rich substance I recognized as the same taste as the clotted cream I got in Devon, but it refused to actually clot. I wound up making ice cream out of it.

I love my toast and marmalade every morning, this weeks shopping I came across ...get this, bread already toasted , I couldn't believe it, I had to buy it, 14 sliced of toasted bread $2:18 , I could tell it was as hard as a rock but I put it in the micro for a few seconds to warm and soften a bit, loved it, bit crispy but that's how I like toast, now I can take that ugly toaster off my kitchen counter and hide it away.
