If British people speak English as well as British?
If your from Britain does it make you a "real" British person?
If a British person is married to an American, will it turn the American into a Brit?
Is Britain near England?
Can island Britain is on float around and visit other countries?
and a more common question:
Will your baby talk with a british accent when its born?
Im not even joking about these questions, a girl I work with asked them. She was deadly serious about each question.

Im sure there are mentally challenged people who ask the same type of questions to Americans back in the UK. I'm in California and someone back home told me they knew "Joe blow" in California, "do you know him?" As if I know all of 300 million people in California? So America hasn't cornered the market on ignorance just yet

When I was in Greece a few years back a saleswoman in a shop aske where I was from and when I told her I lived in NYC she said "My cousins Peter and George live there do you know them?"

Someone from the UK asked me when we moved here 'I know Chris ***** he moved out to LA 10 years ago, do you know him?' and I do know him

I love that question "Oh I worked with a man/woman from England" "and!!" waiting for it...........his name was John/Mary!........"and"........then they stare at you with a look off "Well come on you know them right"??
