Its ok im refering to a post you havent seen yet. You see Im on EST and therefore see the posts approximately 1 hour before those on CET do and 3 hours before those in LA do. Gives me quite an advantage dont you think?

That's why I stopped travelling; I kept gaining hours when i didn't want them and losing them when I did.

LOL... Working really hard for the NHS and being a great mum to 4 kids. Having a blast back here in sunny ole England....

Oh funny thing about circumsision..... Had a patient we couldn't catheterise as the entrance was too small due to a tight foreskin... Took about 3 hours of the surgeons fiddling about with local anaesthetic, scissors, tubes, introducers etc to get a catheter in the man.... Lets just say it was like a bloodbath and very painful for him.... Couldn't sedate him due to his other condition....
Anyway... That said I am off to get the non snipped and unsnippable children from school...
