We wuz robbed.
Dominated the game but ol' Fowler's legs ain't what they used to be.
The board of directors at Citeh are now in entertaining in the bar with some escorts doing vodka chasers with the Russki's.
(Trying to get some of those Russian Mafia roubles for themselves.)
Other selected results:
Angles:
Man City 0 - 1 Chelsea
Arsenal 2 - 1 Charlton
Fulham 1 - 1 The Rags
Scotia:
Dunfermline 0 - 0 Hearts
Motherwell 3 - 0 Partick Thistle
Hibernian 0 - 1 Aberdeen
Kilmarnock 4 - 2 Dundee
(Can't understand why Hearts are trying for the Intertoto when they are good for 3rd place. Is it because of their ground thing ?)
Divi Too result:
Stockie drew one-all with Brighton !
Manc breaking ou the shandy as we speak.
(But they are still looking at the trapdoor to the third.)

Chelski now in 2nd place on goal difference. (I can't believe they are trying to get rid of Ranieri for Sven.)
Arse result was an easy one to predict, Charlon laid down for them. I've already mentioned that I think they are good for the title this season. 9 point league and I can't see them bottling it.
(But expect Fergie to start trying to rattle Wenger.)
"Eeeye woould luvv eet if they beat zee West Ham. LUUUV EET !"

England have a new away strip -->
(Michael Owen and Rachel Yankey - England Women's team)
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...nd/3521763.stm
I like the look of it. The classic 1966 colours and for the first time - a gold star above the badge to mark the World Cup win.
Will be first worn in the friendly match away to Sweden on March 31st.
Made out of space age developed material :
"The fabric of the material used is 99.9% pure silver weave and was developed originally in conjunction with Nasa ."
"A main benefit of the material is that it keeps a player's temperature at a stable level and keeps the cool in warm climates while helping build up heat in colder areas."
Probably cost quite a few bucks (especially with the exchange rate) but I like the keeping you cool in warm climates bit.
In the summer over here I wear a red cotton t shirt with the three lions, but it is getting worn out now. Going to be on my wish list.

Didn't spot the shoulders.
What is going on with that ?
Looks more like a Denmark cross on the shoulders, but more importantly - why are they there ?!
Kitbag.com has the full range - long sleeve and short sleeve - with footballer name and squad number or without.
Price for short sleeve with no name/number on back is $47, with is $81.

Not bad. Has there ever been a variation in Englands away shirt? This looks like all the other ones i've seen...I could be wrong though. That denmark cross is horrendous though, who the hell thinks of these things :scared:

*shudders*
Thanks for popping that little nightmare in my head again.
Weather hitting the UK hard, lots of midweek postponements.
Unfortunatly for Manc the Stockie game is still on at the moment.
Back later with some news and footie goss.
In the meantime something put you off your lunch :
This bloke is the potential saviour at Leeds.
He's the head of the consortium trying to buy the club.

Name will ring a bell - Geoffrey Richmond.
Was the Chairman of Bradford until they went into debt and then he bailed.
Leeds fans taking Scotch's phrase: "We're doooomed !"

From BBC..........
Swearing ref Dougal fined
Christian Nerlinger defended referee Stuart Dougal
Top referee Stuart Dougal has been given an unprecedented fine and reprimand for swearing at Rangers midfielder Christian Nerlinger.
A Scottish FA spokesman said: "The referee committee decided that Mr Dougal should be fined £200 pounds and severely censured.
"The committee interviewed Mr Dougal and decided that he had been guilty of using foul language."
Dougal was caught on BBC cameras during a league match against Partick Thistle.
He appeared to tell Nerlinger to "f..k off..."
Marvellous.
