As far as I am aware, if they have emailed you for visa issuance, you would be AP,

If you look back a couple of pages there was someone else in your situation. He found out he had been emailed at the 23 week stage, but did not recieve the email, worth a look

Hi reidy
Yes it is through London. Got the email yesterday at 12.57. Fingers crossed for you as you seemed to have your interview at the same time.

Hi materialcontroller just thought I would let you know we've been back to the embassy today and referred for a waiver again. I will keep you updated on wait times and visa type, duration etc.☺️

Hi. Looks like it could be another longish wait for you again. Will this be your second or third waiver?

It's second, the paper he was given States six month wait so would be surprised at anything less. We waited 25 weeks in 2011/12. I wonder if they will change the duration, not that it matters we won't be able to afford to go two years in a rowí ½í¸ƒí ½í¸ƒ

Yeah, the duration would be the interesting thing. The FAM states that longer duration visas are normally considered after an applicant has already had two 12 month waivers.
