husbands visa came back today. sent it off on the 3rd september, special delivery, got email back on the 9th and collected it from iver bucks today. hope you get yours back in time. its for 1 year, multiple entries

Thx bogsdabird if it's the same wait for me I've another 6 weeks so almost there I'm not going anywhere till January so I'm not too worried lol
Reidy8082 you are a week infront of me so keep us updated you must have had interview around 25th April or so? mine was 2nd may so :fingerscrossed: for us all. |

From reading your posts I see you had a misrep but succeeded in getting a waiver. I was denied a waiver recently (for the same violation..misrep) and was curious to know how long after your ban did you apply for the waiver? My attorney thinks I may have applied too soon (2 years) and is encouraging me to try again next year. I'd be very interested in your experiences of the waiver process, if you don't mind sharing? I'm in Australia too. James |
