Thx materialcontroller, yes it was my first visa am hoping my job offer is still there with the lmia rule biting in Canada.

I just try to keep people grounded in reality. I know it's a very frustrating process and it's heartbreaking that people miss important events with family and friends. The wheels of immigration turn very slowly, but they do turn.

ya i know its very slow process once i was in admin processing i thought i will never come out of it seems like one way in to it

just received e-mail, asking me to submit my passport for visa issuance. how abt do i do it ? the link provided in their e-mail is asking me to create an id !!! and asking for payment of £104.00 wonder if i am on the right track here ???? help..................

Just a quick update guys - I received my notification letter from the US Embassy that my 3rdwaiver (for L1 visa) has been approved for 5 years. I waited for 4 months and 1 week (18 weeks I believe) for this one.

Best of luck to everyone else waiting!

Wasn't expecting to post anything until after I got back from holiday but as I was sat around the pool with a very large cocktail and enjoying the sunshine I decided to check my emails..... yes you have guessed it, the email asking me to send my passport to the embassy :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

24 weeks and 5 days

I get back to the UK on Monday so will post passport on Tuesday.
