The processing time for each individual application is the same. However, you don't know how many applications are ahead of yours in line. There might be 50, or there might be 1,000 or more... and those applications must all be processed before your application comes to the top of the pile.

as per my understand all 212 d3 waiver recommendations from all our home us consulates to ARO(washington,DC) then they 'll reviewed and they send to approval notice back to our home us consulates they'll call us for u r pp.
I believe this is the correct process - but you still don't know how many people are ahead of you in line... and there is no way to find out.

Shouldn't be long now mate. I think it's currently taking about 26 weeks so if contact them if you don't hear in next 2 weeks

Thanks Tracemaster, just seems odd that some people who were in London in the same day have had them sorted,

Check your email thoroughly, including spam/junk folders to ensure any correspondence from the embassy hasn't been misdirected.

Wow 29 weeks!!! That's way over the norm at the moment, would love to know why se applications take longer than others.

It clearly isn't a next in line system based on the fact others have had there's back in 23 weeks

Is it your first waiver Phil?

Not good fella, their email reply system is shocking to say the least, are you travelling soon? Or do you have spare time? I'm sure it will be here soon fella.

Just out of interest Phil, did you fill out the contact form on the US embassy website? If so did they send you an acknowledgement email?

Re: Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver of Ineligibility Application

Not sure to be honest, at what point would this have been filled out?

If you google visa contact form, this is a way of contacting the embassy to see what is happening with your case. Just fill out the relevant details, name and brief description then submit. It may get to them quicker than a conventional email. Let me know if they send you an acknowledgement email to say they have received your query

Sorry I misunderstood the question, that's what I've done and had the confirmation Mail 3-5 days response time.

What are you worried about then? They've acknowledged your query and you'll get a response in due course. There's nothing else you can do right now except wait.

Ready8082...I have deleted one of your posts as the content is breaking US law and is an infringement of BE Site Rules.

In fact, it is. However, some applications are clearly approvable and others aren't. In those cases where additional processing is required, the case files, quite simply, are moved from one pile to another... and processing continues at a different pace.

This is one reason why trying to follow what happens to other people is clearly an exercise in futility.
