And the weird interaction between them. Him acting as director or even creator, and her as his object to direct.

He seems to be a control freak, and I'm not sure if she is on something, as her eyes just seem to be dead, and just goes along with whatever crazy scheme he has dreamed up. If that was a male that went (un)dressed like that, then, they would have, hopefully, been arrested for indecent exposure.

Kanye West's yeezy web site currently, after advertising during the Super bowl, has one item for sale. A swastikas' t-shirt.

Encouragement of imminent illegal acts (incitement) is unprotected.
Speech that tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace by provoking a fight, so long as it is a personally abusive is unprotected.
Or, most applicably, true threats of violence that are directed at a person or group of persons that have the intent of placing the target at risk of bodily harm or death are also unprotected.
Probably still not illegal, and there are previous cases where neo-Nazis have won in court, but there are some legal limits

So, back to non-politcal WTFery: I was in a recently updated supermarket here (new chilled displays for fruit and vegetables, new fridges for beer, etc,) in NC last week, a sub-brand of Kroger, that was previously HQ'ed on the outskirts of Charlotte, NC. I walked in past the displays of weekly discount fruits and vegetables, and back towards the bakery area and the fish and meat counters, and there, in the middle of the store, where there had been builder's screening made of boards and tarps, was .... a bar!
It had a counter, with bar stools, and behind the bar were beer taps and bottles of wine. A complete and fully functional bar, in the middle of an effin' supermarket!!! Not off to one side in a nook or corner, right there, in the middle.
A bit of Googling revealed that it is a new thing for Kroger, and maybe a few other supermarkets, to add a bar area to some locations.
Little Miss P finishes high school in three months, so I am just going to have to go for a pint one day, before I pick her up from school!

The First amendment doesn't provide a carte blanche to say anything.
