WTF in America Part 2

Agriculture has the potential to turn into a complete cluster, coast to coast. From apples to zucchini, crops may be left to rot in the fields if all the "illegals" are rounded up, or otherwise induced to leave. Farmers with animals are going to have a worse crisis as animals have to be fed and tended, cattle milked, pigs and chickens fed (or at least the auto feeders refilled), eggs collected etc.
And I suspect not helped by the tariffs against Canada and Mexico. Mexico sends fruit and veg, as well as fresh flowers. Canada sends meats, cereals, and I think orange juice. Surely all this will raise prices for the consumers, also known as people and their families.

And Canada exports a LOT of oil and gas and electricity to the USA (30 States get some of their electricity directly from Canada). 60% of US oil imports comes from Canada at below market prices according to an interview I watched with Mark Carney the other day.

Tell me about it. In northern NY, where we live, all our electricity comes directly from Quebec. A while ago, when Trump started threatening the tariffs, the Quebec government warned that they reserved the right to cut off power supplies to New York. We are currently in Massachusetts, we are considering simply not going home .. why drive into a region with a possible total power outage for the foreseeable future, and temperatures in the minus fifteen Fahrenheit range, if you can be at the seaside at forty degrees with the comforts of electricity?

This started during the pandemic, I'd never seen Canadian produce before. I occasionally also find the ROV tomatoes have come from Ohio, or slightly more often, from Virginia.

I frequently find, here in NC, that bell peppers and "ripened on the vine" (ROV) tomatoes have come from Canada, especially during the winter.

There is currently circulating a video of Kanye West, on the Grammy's red carpet, to which he hadn't been invited, with his 'wife' in a black fur coat, he tells her to lose the coat, she does and is 'wearing' a totally transparent dress over nothing, everything on display, I have seen a photograph on SM, totally uncensored, most that have been published have been censored as you couldn't publish them otherwise. She is extremely uncomfortable about being displayed like that, but he 'allows' photographers to take photos and then they disappear. WTF is wrong with some people? they were supposed to have split, but here he is displaying her to the world, she may just have been totally naked for what coverage the dress gave. I will not put the photo on here, nor the censored ones, if you want to find out what the fuss is about, Google may be your friend, is this what America is descending into?

She does this so often, I don't think I've ever seen her without at least her nipples on display in public. It's bad enough that she has to stand next to a dick. I think it must be some weird exposure fetish, although no clue whether it is hers or his.

The point is that they weren't supposed to be there they had no invitation and just turned up for the photo op then left, and, of course, the press etc just lapped it up.
