So, one of the first Presidential actions has been to reverse all the medicine cost discounts negotiated by Biden, so Insulin will go from $30 to $4200, Good news for all Diabetics.

Google <price of insulin> and filter for news hits.
I don't think that the change will put the price of insulin fully back to what it was as Biden's 2022 executive order included several "soft" instructions to find ways to reduce costs of various medications (including insulin), and, contrary to how it was reported, didn't directly involve Biden or his team negotiating anything. It is possible, though probably not likely, that reversing Biden's executive order will have no impact at all.

It is a confused picture, especially since we are still just in the initial “attention grabbing†Executive Order phase. As always, trying to get an overall picture of any changes is hard in the US situation, since everyone’s health insurance situation is different -

Here’s a specific type of lack of clarity though. I read quite a good listing of the President’s recent health insurance-related Executive Orders, with some preliminary analysis, on The Contrarian. It was certainly clearer and less muddled than the Guardian article.
When I read it, there were several hundred comments attached. The vast majority were “I have such-and-such a type of health insurance, or Medicare Advantage, or original Medicare plus my insurance from the agency I used to work for. But my friend has this slightly different kind. I think this new rule, or that one, will or won’t affect me. But I’m not sure about my friend..†Others agreed/disagreed, this went on for hundreds of comments.

Current reports from places like California is that on Tuesday some 25% of migrant workers working the fields and orange groves failed to turn up to work, Wednesday the figure went up to 75% staying away, comments from the group representing California orange growers is that this is a disaster, and likely to cause price increases. I thought one of Trump's platforms was about his policies keeping the price of eggs down, but this may, or may not happen.

It seems the state senator is a democrat, so I assume he’s trolling the republicans with this piece of proposed legislation. Taking the sanctity of life argument to absurd lengths - and highlighting that men are responsible for their actions, as well as women?

Following the unusual birth, Krispy Kreme has offered Dallas, and, more pertinently, his family free doughnuts for a year and will throw Dallas a birthday party every year until he’s an adult.
The doughnut chain, which has more than 350 stores across the US, said that it is the first time they know of that a child’s birth certificate has “Krispy Kreme†listed as a place of birth.
