DirecTV dropped it. To be honest, I never noticed until someone pointed it out to me!

So what's the deal with all the new President based shows?

There's a crap looking comedy and then a drama based one around a scandal by the look of it?

There's another show that looks like a rebadged Revenge type show, pair of school kids go separate ways, one becomes a socialite and the other a cop, who goes under cover as a socialite to investigate her friends killing.

Looks shit.

Watched the last episode in Season 4 of Breaking Bad last night. The sayings WTF? and OMG were invented for this episode. The writing is truly brilliant and it deserves all the plaudits it receives. For the first time ever I'm actually going to buy some TV episodes so I can be caught up on Season 5 before they run the last episodes in the series on the TV. Can't wait to find out what happens next, but so don't want it to end. This is the most invested I've been in a US TV show.

My SIL was telling me how good it was. I never think to look at the AMC channel. Pain that you have to pay to view back episodes when you subscribe to the channel.

I've watched Season 1-4 on Netflix streaming, they just don't have the first half of Season 5 yet. Although, it is on Netflix UK I didn't realize until last night that we had AMC, I thought it was a HBO show anyway.

I'd highly recommend you watch it.

Breaking Bad My son recomended this about 2 months ago. We got hooked immediately and went through season 1-4 on netflix in about 1 month.
Possibly the best tv show i have ever seen
Cant wait for the reruns of first half of season 5 before the final episodes next summer
Free HBO this month so have watched season 1 & 2 of Game of Thrones. excellent i may even subscribe ( no i'll find a download)
I missed the start of The Hour on BBA saw the first two on demand. if you lived in UK in the 60s you will love this show. Season 1 was very good but this seems better so far

Anyone watching "Oliver Stone's Untold History of the United States" ?

The first few programs had me asking what was untold, but a few episodes in I did start to learn a thing or two, I knew nothing of Henry Wallace for instance, but it has gone off again teaching me nothing new, although I suppose people have to learn everything for the first time somewhere.

I think Pilger does this kind of thing, so much better, more entertaining and more informative.

Transporter.

New TV series, seems to take off where the movie ended, in a cloud of cheese and action...so will have to check it out. Opened with a double bill.
