Arrow.
So it's about a billionaire who is a cast away on a deserted island, who years after everyone has thought dead is found.
Thing is, characters are shit and they're to slow on the back story that I'm finding it hard to care.
Should have spent a bit more time on the island. One thing that was rather cool, the parkour chase scenes, they're quite fun

Final season ? of Doc Martin has started airing on our local PBS. Both of us think this is one of the best series ever and we have watched some episodes several times
Other half likes New Girl and Major Crimes. I think both are rubbish but we are enjoying Copper on BBCA

Hoarders.
OK so there's a woman who lives in a house totally filled with bottles of her own urine and faeces, and doesn't think it's a problem.
And they start pottering around seeing if they can clear up a bit. After a while the psychologist says, "There seems to be a cognitive problem here."
Mental health services should have been called within 1 second of them arriving at the house.
Ridiculous.

So Arrow, is turning out to be shit and really I'm thinking of adding that to the list of shows to drop.
Elementary, Last Resort, Chicago Fire, Vegas, Homeland, 5-0 and Blue Bloods, they all need to come up with something interesting too, or get dropped as I've already dropped Revenge, Grimm, Suburgatory and Revolution as well as a bunch of others.
So anyone catch the new Nikita and American Horror Story?
There's going to be no tele left though at this rate...

American Horror Story
Kind of liking the way this second series is going better than the first.
Basically it's following the house back in the day and of the people who were all the dead ghosts that were in the first series.

Mockingbird Lane.
It's supposed to be a darker remake of The Munsters, has Eddie Izzard as the grandpa and a bunch of other biggish names.
It's a Halloween special, as a pilot, depending how it does...

David Morrissey has showed up as the Governor in 'The Walking Dead' and I think he is doing a great job. His accent is a bit strange in places but he's developed a kind of psychopathic stare which gives you the chills. By all accounts his character in the comics is a bit one dimensional but with Morrissey he appears to have a lot of depth.

I've just started reading the comics on the Android. Why I don't know, but now I have started I will finish them off, only 103 and counting to go. But what is the point of comics? Its like reading a storyboard, its the half way house in a design process. It is like someone decides to make design prototypes but never make them in to a finished product and sell them anyway. Rant over.

Do you think so? I think some are very enjoyable in their own right.

I've only read a couple, never impressed, but people keep telling me they are good. 'Oldboy' was the last one before 'Walking Dead', but that was a while ago. I find the room for imagination that books offer has been removed, but the full visual experience of a movie is not present. As I said earlier its just like a storyboard neither fowl nor fish.
