The high-dive was another pee 'hot' spot. It was grim. Oh the sights I've seen.

Off the top of the board? On the way down, perhaps?
The fountains at the Bellagio had nothing on us during the periods when the dive boards were open to all. Kids, teens, adults, pensioners were all free to dive/jump/belly flop from the top. We had 'incidents' with kids over-thinking things waiting in line to go up (hosepipe + non-slip tiles = crisis averted), as well as incidents on the way down/in the plunge pool (ProTip - GTFO ASAP for more reasons than the next diver coming down). I had one old guy (mid to late 60's I'd say), fake a heart attack at the top only to finish with a near-perfect swan-dive (low splash, I'd have given him an 8) that caused a mix of angry/relief in an otherwise pretty uneventful career. Was still better than my brief stint at Blockbuster though. |

Also full of shit, either (or both) literally and figuratively. |
