For that matter, any time I've actually seen someone leave the trolley by their car, they have been by themselves anyway. As mentioned many times above, people usually find a way to manage and yet still follow the unwritten rules of parking lot courtesy.

I bet they had parents who cleaned up after them at home too, instead of making them do it themselves. That's what begets a generation of people who don't put things away. |
