Ha, that's nothing. My wife once threw her wedding/engagement rings in the bin after cutting up some meat once. Then she had the unmitigated gall to yell at me for losing them, until I went out to the dumpster, grabbed the trash bag and ****ing well found them for her. Shut her right up, that.

My wife keeps putting her rings down and losing them. It's not like I bought TWO fancy little ring hanger statues for her.

My wife ended up losing hers again last year and we haven't been able to find them this time. I initially thought my daughter had run off with them because they were shiny things but they have yet to show up. It's not like they were super expensive or anything so it's not the end of the world.

The phrase: "Looks like someone has a case of the Mondays??!"

Usually delivered from a very punchable shit-eating grin.

Followed very quickly with a response of '**** off', I trust?

I hate shit like that. From the whole maladjusted 'I can't handle going back to work because two days of relaxation aren't enough to recharge my precious little batteries' bollocks on arsebook, to the whole 'Oh, that's such a Monday thing' response to insignificant inconveniences in work. They can all do one.

Seeing smug mode there reminds me that there are new Red Dwarf series being made, and I'm not quite as annoyed anymore

I like them, myself. They were like a modern day, quite a bit more surreal, Morcambe and Wise.

Oh I like them too. A lot of it's money for old rope though 😄

The Stott's conversations are just like our Geordie relatives and they do have surreal moments like Poldark on Mopeds 😄
