The cars round here don't seem to be equipped with turn signals, including BMW's.

Nobody seems to get 'hungry' anymore.

Everyone seems to get 'low blood sugar'.

Is this just a California thing?

Not sure. I have yet to hear someone anywhere in this great nation of 'Beetus land complaining about low blood sugar ...

No, it's not just a California thing, and is considered to be a precursor condition to diabetes; that's not to say that the term might not be grossly over-used.

I rarely get 'hungry' because my 'low blood sugar' usually compels me to eat before hunger sets in (on account of the 'Beetus I developed over 20 years ago).

So, no. Not a California thang!

Or the ones that are horrendously uneven in the split - to the point where you're jamming one half into the toaster slot.

Yogurts where the foil top doesn't rip off in one piece, but intend you end up with a yogurty middle bit in your hand, already curling up so you get it on your fingers, even before you have to pull the other bits off which gets so messy that you just feel like hurling the whole flucking thing at the nearest wall.

Also yogurts with fruit at the bottom. What in the name of Jesus sodding Christ is that all about?

Some weird American thing. I have found "English" style yoghurts , but they just dont taste the same. I would rather have a 20p Tesco yoghurt than some of these $1.50 US yoghurts.

Or when you pull the foil back and receive a yoghurt spray to the face.

Also occurs with coffee from a flask.

Forgetting that 'drive-through' coffee should not be drunk through a straw
