I tried to find them and was told I didn't have authority and needed to contact an administrator. Think NSA could let us have a copy?

Ah..so no fun with that one then!

I'm bored. Day off for 4th July and M is sleeping still, he was up late on-call sorting out pump problems on a well.

The idea that some Americans seem to think that if something is bigger and a lot more expensive, then it's automatically the "best"' as in quality usually. A lot of times you will find that you don't have to pay a lot to get good quality stuff that lasts.
