People who can afford $1,000 for a treadmill probably spent rather more than $1,000 on their lawn tractor. ...... Zero turns, the current lawn equipment fashion accessory, start around $2.5k, and most are $3k or more.

FWIW I think the cheapest lawnmower with a seat I have seen this year is about $1,500.

Obviously (can't believe I'm using that word), I do not own a lawn tractor.

And I wouldn't be surprised is a good quality treadmill costs a lot more than $1,000 also. Surely some manufacturer makes a high-end model witl built-in HDTV, iPad, and wine cooler?

I would agree had I not done an entirely scientific assessment and I know exactly how many cars there needs to be in the queue to reach break even point at my local drive-thru Starbucks. Most mornings its quicker to drive-thru as they put 3 staff on making those orders and only one on the walk-up counter. Plus, they know my order now (this morning I pulled up and got asked if I wanted my usual before I opened my mouth) and I confuse them terribly when I go inside. :o

Used it for a week then went back to prancing kitty. Got too confused, my small brain couldn't cope with them all.

Z-turn is the way to go, if you want a nicely striped yard.

Not that it is much better if I go inside.

If it weren't for Mrs N, I would have starved to death long ago. :D

It may not be so difficult if you didn't sound like Wurzel Gummidge.
