Robin, I hope you have a lot of money saved for retirement. They say you will need a lot more than you think and friends have told me this is so. What about medical insurance, for example?

And yes, I agree that to be prudent, folks do need a lot saved, since you probably can't rely on more than a 3% yield from savings for annual retirement income.
In addition to staplers, I have two scotch tape dispensers and two nice pairs of scissors.
(Edit to add, of course you cannot rely on anything as hyperinflation could wipe out all savings.. and that's just one of many bad scenarios.)

No, but not that far off
Two joined and converted portacabins that used to be a couple of sales trailers for a homebuilder we work for. All done out nicely actually, plus we got brand new computers, not the old ones from circa 2002 that used to take fifteen minutes to load windows ...
