Lets sell the southern states

Just root for Texas for Biden...and if Biden takes it, it is all over for Trump.

Biden took Miami-Dade, no surprise there, but his margin is nowhere near as big as it could/should have been. Looks like the Hispanic (Cuban) vote was looking for the Dems to reject the 'Socialism' tag that the Trump campaign has been plugging here.

Trump got our county, sorry folks, and we got a covid denier on the school board who wants to remove masks in schools, so we may be about to get our come uppance...

And where have you been young man? :frown:

The answer had better be "campaigning in Texas".

Not much chance of that, sadly. Better hold out for PA, OH, NC, AZ, MI ... I'll dance in the streets if it happens, though!

I am reminded every 4 years as to why I could never relocate to the south.

I have been to a couple southern states, it feels like a different country.

I wondering about the map on NBC, they have Biden called for Maryland, but when hover over it, says Trump has the most votes, yet Biden called as winner, I have been having issues with several websites and their maps.

I'm a bit busy watching the very real possibility of this country going to hell in a handbasket - again.. I'll look in a bit.

Sadly I fear there is no quick recovery from the damage done by Trump and his minions, no matter who wins. So happy to be in Canada instead of still in the U.S.

Is that a state that counts mail in ballots before or after polls close though? That seems to be making a big difference, if it's one that counts them after the polls close, it could be a 'red mirage'.

Michigan ballots are counted from today on, not before, I believe.
