I served in the Royal Artillery. We were a bunch of misfits when we went in but we shaped up pretty well after training. I cant speak for the Catering Corps or the Pioneer Corps but the Artillery like the Infantry, the Armored Corps, the Engineers are teeth arms, right up there in the front lines.

The Trump generation were kids when "Leave it to Beaver" was the big hit in TV. That explains a lot when it comes to understanding old pards like Trump. Leave it to Beaver was everyday America in real life.

Hillary is the only suitable option in this case. I wouldn't vote for Gary Johnson or have anything to do with a Libertarian. No one would vote for him either. The GOP have got themselves into a huge mess. Serves them right

Good grief..now there is a guy posting results from 3 polling places in California...not one of which had more that 100 voters...and Sanders had more votes...so of course that means election fraud...yes..because the more than 6000, I estimate, other polling places must surely be the same. There are apparently more than 4,000 in LA alone. These people will be in denial for the rest of their lives. Does not say much for their intelligence either.

Now that Obama is aboard I see Trump on the ropes pretty soon. He' has probably crippled himself pretty badly already with his remarks about the Federal Judge. Only old duffers like Mitch McConnell would make any effort to support him now.

Obama comes with pretty good credentials at the end of his term.

The economy although still not fully recovered is in better shape than Europe's, China's or Russia's.

The unemployment rate is down to around 5 percent.

We are not sending off thousands of young men and women to fight in foreign wars to either get killed or coming back without arms or legs

The war against ISIS is gradually turning in our favour and several top ISIS leaders have been killed.

There have been no terrorist attacks in the US since the Boston Marathon bombings

The Affordable Care Act although not perfect has given a couple of million Americans at least some health coverage

Obama leaves office with a very high favourable rating

Compare this to the situation at the end of the George Bush administration in 2008
