No, she didn't handle it well. As you look at the speech in its full context, I'm talking about the speech that she gave in the 90s where she refers to super predators, etc., it's quite awful IMO. Referring to young black males as ruined and unworthy of rehabilitation, it's sickening to me. There was a lot of psycho-babble of this sort going around at the time. This was at the height of the crack epidemic and a lot of children got caught up in that mess. There is really no defense for what she said. I'm glad to see you defending young black people who have, incorrectly, been blamed for societal ills that were beyond their control.

I believe many people dislike Hilary because they think she's after their guns. I've no reason to believe that she would go that route but if assault weapons were finally outlawed that would be a step towards sanity.

This country has become a wild west show in the last two decades. Yet another shooting yesterday in Kentucky.
