Ouch.

It's interesting really. Trump always looks uncomfortable with another speaker on stage. I've looked at all of the candidates through a different lens after reading the thread earlier. To a person, they're all like that ... they hate sharing the stage with anybody.

Yep. It's difficult to know how to feel but, honestly, I'm so relieved that Trump didn't win.

Can someone tell me what the objection is to Hillary Clinton please?
Is Sanders seen as somehow a better person than her.
Is it her policies ? Which camp she is in? What ?

I've tried to read about this but have been unable to find anything tangible. Just notions about her age , who she is married to and the like.

She used to be a brilliant attorney who married a brilliant, philandering, politician. She's now a cynical politician but if you care about women's reproductive rights or LGBT rights, she's a good bet. Bernie Sanders is probably a nicer person than her but I don't know if he's any better.

Sanders is 6 years older so age shouldn't really come into it

She is a very intelligent woman who should have dumped the baggage she is married to a long time ago, she would have gained more respect if she had in my opinion.

Bernie appears to be more level headed and equally intelligent . Could make good running partners.

I just hope the vote for Hillary is not just because she is female. We all remember the Thatcher years..

I was shamed by some feminists in 2008 for supporting Obama. They got over it. I can't imagine voting by gender ... Carly Fiorina comes to mind.

PS - I'm a feminist and the feminists I was shamed by were my sisters. LOL.

Neither can I.

Is Hillary Clinton seen then as not being actually interested in the presidency other than as a twin trophy to match her husband . By that I mean not invested with an interest or actual ideology to run the USA for the people per her political beliefs?

I have read some tough words about her but cannot find the reason why.

With Trump it is plain. It is because he is Trump.

Yup. So many of us remember the dreadful Thatcher years. May she forever burn. IMVHO only of course.
