Carson's own camp basically saying he is thick. So I assume his numbers will go up now?

I guess claiming to have attempted murder just didn't have the impact they were hoping for.

Attempted murder just shows he'll be tough on crime, or something.

Could someone explain to me what Rand Paul is proposing regarding ESTA and the Visa Waiver in the wake of the Paris attacks?
I really don't understand when articles say: "Paul's bill would also institute a 30-day waiting period for citizens of so-called visa waiver countries"

Should I post in another section, or can you answer me?

No idea, do you have a link with actual details.

Though it is weird that suddenly they are all in favor of immigration reform.

Not only is he struggling with foreign policy, he's also struggling with American geography. Unless of course this is a secret plan to restructure New England.

So Trump's latest idea is that Muslims should have some sort of special identification so we know who they are. Hmm... that sounds vaguely familiar.

“We’re going to have to do things that we never did before. And some people are going to be upset about it, but I think that now everybody is feeling that security is going to rule,” Trump said. “And certain things will be done that we never thought would happen in this country in terms of information and learning about the enemy. And so we’re going to have to do certain things that were frankly unthinkable a year ago.”

Yahoo News asked Trump whether this level of tracking might require registering Muslims in a database or giving them a form of special identification that noted their religion. He wouldn’t rule it out.

“We’re going to have to — we’re going to have to look at a lot of things very closely,” Trump said when presented with the idea. “We’re going to have to look at the mosques. We’re going to have to look very, very carefully.”

Anyway, if he wants to start looking very closely perhaps he could start with the First Amendment. The help him find it, it's right before the Second Amendment.

Politics ain't brain surgery.

Let's be fair, though. It's not as if Carson drew the map himself. It's obvious that some staffer screwed up; there are so many gaffes coming from Carson himself that there's no need to fault him for something that he didn't do.

The guy is more of a troll than a candidate. You should follow him on Twitter; the amount of stupid that he can cram into 140 characters is something else.

Rejecting refugees of a particular religion; requiring those of a particular religion to have special identification. Hmmm I'm sure that happened last century. How did it work out?
