Some great goals in the Premiership this weekend but some pretty dull games as well.
Enjoyed the Manchester derby but Arsenal v Stoke sent me to sleep. If I had to watch that every week I'd ask for my money back.
Di Canio was always and odd choice. Who's next to go. Jol?
On a much more important note the O's playing at Brentford tonight and it's on Sky so I shall be sacrificing my fasting day and watching it down the pub.
Will it be 8 out of 8?

Elche very unlucky tonight, deserved so much more from that, unfair ref, if it was the other way round the ref would have bl;own up early and not give 7 minutes when only 3 was shown, RM scored in the 7th min of injur time

The rules have been bent in Real and Barcas favour against lesser teams for as long as I can remember and I think most folk have just come to accept that is the way it is and always will be.
Lesser clubs have been brought to book including a couple only last season, but the big two have so much clout in the right places that they are obviously untouchable.

It is so predictable but really unpredictable.
The penalty as you must have understood was crazy, it was pepe that pulled a Elche player down.
The downside for Elche is that the game if they had kept the draw then the confidence it would have given them would have been immense.
We have the Madrid derby his weekend I believe, for me I want the Away win.

David Moyes has tried for 10 years to get Everton above Man U in the table.
At last he has succeeded!

Most interesting of all is just how wide open the Prem appears to be this season with up to seven clubs all looking like they could be in the running at the end of the season.
Good to see Athletico doing so well in Spain, though if Real aren't back in the top two by mid season I can see another coach on the dole.
Even second place for Real is normally considered unacceptable, so anything less is unthinkable.

As much as I would like to see a more open race for the title I would be surprised if it's not the usual suspects taking the honours.

Bearing in mind he was already off balance and moving fast I would say a spectacular tumble was inevitable.

Of course it was DD. But why point to the penalty spot claiming he´s been fouled?

I've seen far worse examples though and poor C.R. obviously doesn't like anyone touching his pretty little face.

For once I thought pretty boy was hard done by today.
It looked a clear penalty to me and I think to the Spanish pundits who must have run the clip about a thousand times over by now.
The other incident maybe not.
