A London court has ruled that a Gibraltar Government-owned company is entitled to nearly £10m in claims arising from legal disputes related to the construction of Waterport Terraces.
The judgement means Gibraltar Residential Properties Limited [GPRL] can now chase the claims in the Madrid court handling the liquidation of Gibralcon 2004 SA, the company that built the estate.
