OMG now I'm forced off topic - I've never put anyone on ignore and won't, apart from anything else I'm way too nosy - however do you get the fact they've posted but not the content? Or just no mention of even their existence in any given thread?

That's the bloody trouble with English. It all depends on what language the original word derives from. eg don't latin or greek based words form their plurals differently?

Not a clue, it just looked right... what we need here is a Genius!

Can I take it from all this input that it's a slack day where you are?

It is indeed! Currently my list is an exclusive list of two,(and one of those seems to have given up) and I'd consider it an honour to be on their list! Or anybody's list really!

Its a slack week, I have a load of work booked towards the end of the month so its a quiet week until then. I'm supposed to be splitting logs as we speak... I might break the splitting axe so I can get out of doing it.

Yes, it's one of those days you tell us we get every day here, grey and miserable. Last week was great, I was out nearly all day every day, this weeks promises to be different! But I'm like toast here.

Given that you've all ignored my enquiry about putting folk on ignore, can I assume I'm on everyone's

You are a funny sod. I can so relate to that. Mercifully we get our wood delivered cut to size and split.

Well, so far I'm back in the UK for a week, and all I have seen so far is miserable grey weather. The skies here seem to be even more leaden than they are in Spain. They have that look of an unwelcome guest who has settled into your favourite chair with no intention of moving even when they have finished your bottle of single malt.

I honestly don´t know, like you I´m too curious to see who´s fighting with who today. I would guess that if one poster quotes the one which is on your ignore list you would see the original text....
