Hi AliceB, yeswecan and Kerry & Paul,

Can I suggest that if you want to get the group of dissenters going you get hold of a copy of David Searles book "You and the Law in Spain" 16th edition which has a couple of chapters on the "Horizontal Property Law in Spain". Some argue that David is not as good as he would like you to think but this book is the only one I have found that sets out this unique law in plain English. It helped me to understand what I was getting into having bought a plot which may or may not be part of a communal estate. Yours certainly is and you want it to be as low cost and efficient as possible.

Your problem with the President may be that it is still the one selected by Fadesa when they set up the community at the outset when they were 100% owners. As has already been stated you can remove the President as well as the administrator if he is not obeying the Law and the rules.

Regards,

John.

Good Morning Fellow Escurians (and anyone else who's reading)

Have been back from a delightful fortnight on Esuri for a couple of weeks now, and it has taken me this long to plough through all the posts while we were away and since. Some were more rewarding than others.

We continue to enjoy our visits to Esuri, Ayamonte and the area in general. Having, almost, finally completed setting our house up, we were able to do more holiday activities than recently, and this allowed us to confirm what a wonderful spot the Cost de la Luz is.

Golf 1 was very busy most days this time, spoilt a little by the ruined aprons to most of the greens (apparently they didn't water in a dressing of strong fertilizer which killed off all vegetation), but even they were improving by the time we left, although still pretty dead. Had a word with the pro and other Amerych people who said they thought Golf 2 would be open in May or June, but I got the impression this was as much hope as expectation! Time will tell. The course certainly looks very challenging.

Was very pleased to meet a number of posters, and others, thanks to all for some enjoyable and pleasant socialising in the clubhouse. Hope to meet you all again in future.

Steve

Hi everyone
I would be really interested to know if other rago2 owners like myself would like to find a way of removing the current president and ADA management. They are blatantly in cahoots and the whole complex appears to be run akin to a secret society for the connected few. I have heard there is a Brit living on site who would be prepared to take on the role of president if he can get enough support .If anyone has info regarding this and would like to see a more transparent set up please get in touch. Perhaps a separate thread to pool ideas and strategies should be set up?

Hi Rago Unos,

Has anyone seen any greenery arriving in the Rago 1 car parks areas yet. Also, I don't supose anyone has got thier electric supply switched on?

Here's hoping...

Hello laslopeady good idea and good luck. To second your opinion, there would appear to be a "secret society for the connected few" on CE.
Advice, for what it’s worth, is unfortunately in the early days you may need to create your own secret society. It is well known on CE, as soon as ADA and their “presidents in cahoots” get wind of any movements for change, they lock down and block any chances for the few.
The best results will be gained by keeping strategies close to your chest whilst gathering strength of numbers.
When you're sure you've gained enough backing, that is the time to effect the changes you want.
Good Luck
Alice

We were there last weekend and didn't see any signs of any greenery going on. Lots of people (residents) coming and going though, people moving furniture in and someone below us were having a new wall put in instead of that ghastly green netting! No sign of the electricity ...... My partner and father finished the small amount of snagging that was left. Despite everything, we love it there.

Hi Everyone.... Can anybody help us out........We own a townhouse on Manzana 2 and let our family and friends stay when we are not out enjoying Esuri....My partner forget to put a booking in our diary for 1st May to 6th May and as a result i also booked my sister and her husband in to our house at the same time..(you can imagine the row).

Would anybody be interested in renting a townhouse to our friends (professional couple) from 1st May to 6th May on Esuri.... If you can help us out please can you email me @ <Snip, read rule 5> a.s.a.p.

We live in Coventry and can arrange payment immediately if anyone can accomodate.

Thanks

We look out onto the gardens and pool area, so the car park is not too much of a problem for us. However it would be nice to have some plants and trees around the place. We are also on the first floor so we don't have the "ghastly green netting" either. We think the place is great and can't wait to get back out again...

Hi John&Kath

We (Manzana 6 owners) know the "Horizontal Property Law in Spain". I will explain to you what we have done to change ADA administration for Gesprosur.
In our extraordinary M6 meeting we decided by majority to voted out ADA , we informed ADA administrator, we choosed Gesprosur and started immediately working with Gesprosur. Simple as that.

distribution didn't start until late on the night of Monday 7th so most people had it by Weds. PDFs always go out later (so the people who get the print version can feel a bit 'special' for a few days!!!!!!!!)

Think the PDF's were being mailed today.

The reasons for doing it are varied and complex and hint at future plans

I HAVE SENT 6 REQUESTS FOR THIS PAPER AND WONDERED IF THERE WAS A NUMBER OF REQUESTS TO MAKE BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE IT??
