Ok, what the top viewed threads are is not really important, people like to go and look where there is a bit of controversy
But lets get away from criticising peoples posting styles and get back to discussion with respect for each others point of view, at the end of the day its down to the mods to keep a happy balance between banter and information. Sometimes its right, sometimes its wrong, we're not perfect and dont forget we cant be here all the time.

I agree sometimes serious threads are hi-jacked and don't think they should be. There are plenty of topics to have some banter. Have to say though that all of you Esuri's are just the same. I read the thread as my Aunt has a place there and she is not on the internet. Sometimes I don't know why I bothered there must be hundreds of posts about, having a curry/beer/bottle of wine etc. and then someone is criticised for chatting. I don't post on this thread much (mainly cos I haven't anything to say
) but I always get the feeling that they don't want anyone who is not around that development to post.

Hi everybody
Its taken me ages to catch up with all the posts and having now done so I would like to say that we have been in our place for two years now and we also had doubts and fears to begin with (remember the back balcony scenario for those in duplexes?). The point is that these thing have been sorted, and I feel will for all you new buyers. We were there over the Easter period and were really pleased at the way things are maturing, far more quickly than we had expected, the area is beginning to have that 'lived in' look, of course this applies mostly to the earliest built, but its good to see it happening and will of course spread to the newer places as time goes on. We were amazed at how quickly the popularity of the golf has grown. Its so good to see the place busy everyday. It was an added bonus to meet some of you and have some serious socializing, we hope to catch up with you guys again. Fadesa had been in to do our snagging, not that there was much to do and it did take a reminder from us, but now its done and we are happy. The 'eyesore' that we looked down on has been tidied up considerably. Overall we feel Costa Esuri is beginning to look and feel quite lovely and we look forward to our next visit. I think this feeling of contentment and happiness with your places will come to you all in time. Kim

How about all the Carols on this forum filling up Rugbymatt's karma to the brim in order to send him sinking to the bottom of the deep blue sea?
