I am glad it was that way round!!!!!

Just seen the weather forcast for next monday....77 degs!!!!

Re golf club meeting up....just do what I do and make a nuisance of yourself by plonking yourself down at other people's tables.....they soon get up and leave or maybe that is just me????!!!!!!

Sounds like the mozzies are going to be a real nusiance again
and aits only APRIL wait until June/July
If its like that at home playing golf at CE could be the mozzies idea of a restuarant Any body else got the bug bites.

Has anybody compiled a list of useful numbers for the Ayamonte area ie
Emergency numbers - Fire Ambulance Police
Local Doctor, Dentist etc
Taxi firms maybe ?

If so I would appreciate it if you could let me have a copy of your list.

We have a full & comprehensive list of useful numbers on our concierges office wall .
We are going to IC in a few weeks , I will take a copy & post it on this thread if no one has done it by then

Anyone been watching 'Selling Homes Abroad' on the Box? Andrew Winter quite rightly makes you wary. Lots about illegal builds tonight. His channel 4 website indicates that with a new build you should receive a deed of declaration of new construction, rateable value proof and occupancy permit. The implication is you should get this at the beginning - possibly before you make your stage payments. Has anyone ever had these? We have never had a thing.
