CIC will recognise properly documented work experience and educational credentials from the UK; there are many successful British applicants each year.

While I'm not familiar w/ the procedures @ Warsaw, I'd say that if your background and security checks are completed, and you've paid your RPRF and sent all docs, then you should be in the final...

It shouldn't be a problem... he just has to answer whatever questions he is asked at US immigration. UK citizens do not require a visa to enter the States.
