I still have to submit my tax file for 2009-2010.
Bit late i guess. Apart from LAFHA, are there any tax deductions possible special to a 457?

I'll check with Medicare just to be sure. If this is really the case half of the issue would be solved.

Still i would need a good cover to waive surcharge. Anybody out there...
