Either way, gold, assuming they had the cash to purchase outright, does not keep the rain off your head. You still would have had to rent if you did not buy.

I see your point, though it is £6k of point, ouch!

That is expensive, how much for them to put in, pull out daily? i know you might have problems with your appt and parking the boat. is it an option? That is what I would want to do, take the boat...

I can't say it is a great read, though we do get a few into Canada, nearly as many as the US? but these figures include the PNP & PR through other routes. 7'500 last year.

You can easily spend that on other hobbies, seems pretty good value really. I take it you leave your boat in the water most of the year, what are the berthing charges near you?

How many Brits in the 10,000 quota?

Does anyone know on here how many Brits make up the 10,000 FSW1's going for PR? i know a mod always asks how we intend going and we have our time line signatures, but can we extrapolate anything...

The house i bought was a Repo, the previous owners had bought it just 4 years before for six figures, Bank wanted £90k, I offered 71250 and got it! i had a choice of repo's, it will be back.

It is very tender and ahead of the game. That is why you go to such lengths, veg/fruit for an extended season. By the time I have eaten this the rest will be ready to be picked. No just theory...

I bought my 1st house in 1993. 4 Bed Det quite new, quite nice. I earned £21k a year and all I could get was 3x salary £63k. I got it for £71250 and obviously paid the difference as a cash...
